We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at zitroendurance.fit@gmail.com. to make a return request. This request must to include your name (complete), product name, order number, proof of purchase (receipts) and reason for return. If your return is accepted, the client will cover shipping and handling costs. We’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be sent in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, 48 hours after the company responds by email. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
